In 2017 the Indonesian government has officially banned two Islamic da'wah movements, HTI (Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia) and FPI (Islamic Defenders Front). These movements are considered to be contrary Pancasila ideology because they want establish an state (Khilafah) in Indonesia. The focus of this research was carried out branch areas FPI, namely West Java Banten. data paper come from direct observation, in-depth interviews documentation review. This finds differences pattern dakwah after were disbanded, both dissemination ideas recruitment. implemented a massive migration preaching idea khilafah (offline) efforts indirect (online) efforts. its recruitment, continues maintain conventional through face-to-face (Daurah), with addition using wing organizations as spearhead.
